Members of the Verwood Memorial Recreation Ground Trust are asked to attend a meeting of Trustees to be held on Tuesday 17th May 05 at 7.30pm at the Town Council Offices, 28 Vicarage Road, Verwood. 

Apologies for absence should be given to the Chairman prior to the meeting.

10.  Public Contribution: - A period of 15 minutes has been set aside to give the public the opportunity to ask questions, and / or give their views relating to any aspect of the Memorial Recreation Ground.

   NB: A maximum period of 5 minutes per speaker is thought to be adequate.
