CHRISTMAS IN VERWOOD

An event held on a Saturday before Christmas in conjunction with the Town Council, Verwood Rotary Club, Verwood Carnival Committee  Flameburst and other local organisations. Father Christmas attends, Christmas music and stalls.

Annually on Spring Bank Holiday Monday.  Proceeds to Verwood charities.

VERWOOD FARMERS MARKETS – MONTHLY

In 2004 four Farmers Markets were held on Ferrett Green and became a popular innovation.  An additional licence was issued to another market organiser and in 2005 the number of markets increased, as did the variety and number of stalls.

VERWOOD FLAMEBURST

Annual firework display, funfair and entertainment held end of autumn half-term.  Proceeds to Verwood charities.

VERWOOD ROTARY RUSTIC FAYRE

The “Rotary Rustic Fayre” is a fund day for all the family.  Classic Vehicles, Stalls, Refreshments, Craft and a Car Boot Sale.  Arena events including “Rustic” races, all in support of local & Rotary charities.  Every August Bank Holiday Monday.

VERWOOD COUNTRY MARKET

The Market is held from 10.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. each Friday in the Verwood Memorial Hall (Dorset Country Markets, Verwood Branch)
