Spencer Flower
Born in Dorset Spencer’s career in engineering took him to London. Returning to Dorset 23 years ago he became Managing Director of an engineering company in Poole.
Spencer has been a County Councillor since 2005, an East Dorset District Councillor since 1999. He has two children and two grandchildren.
Using his business experience Spencer has worked dealing successfully with many local issues, and is renowned for his support of your Town Council.
Spencer is Leader of East Dorset District Council, Policy Committee Chairman, a Cabinet Member at Dorset County Council, a Synergy Housing Group Board Member, a Member of the Dorset Fire Authority and a School Governor at Hillside Community First.
