Readings were given by Deputy Lieutenant Professor Gillian Slater and Mr. Ron Collins, Honorary Secretary of the Verwood Stroke Club. Representatives of all the Verwood and Three Legged Cross Churches participated in the service. The retiring collection raised £335 for the Mayor’s charities - MIND and the Verwood Stroke Club After the service all those attending were invited for afternoon tea in the Parish Centre. |
