Committee meetings, Amenities Committee meetings and FULL COUNCIL MEETINGS commence at 7.30 p.m.
Plans Consultative Committee
meetings commence at 7.30 p.m. but Members can be canvassed
from 7.15 p.m. and plans are available for
viewing prior to the meeting and at the Council Office
during office hours.
The Annual Town Meeting of the
Council is held over two days. On Monday 24th May the Mayor
Making ceremony takes place and the meeting is then adjourned.
The rest of the business is dealt with on Tuesday 25th May.
The public are allowed 15
minutes to ask questions following the Full Council Meeting.
All meetings are held at the Council Chamber, Vicarage Road unless
otherwise stated. |
