“Cartwheels” is a new pre-school fitness session for babies and toddlers on Wednesday mornings at Verwood Memorial Hall. The classes give parents, guardians and carers the opportunity to spend quality time with their children, whilst having the chance to make new friends. Linked to the national curriculum, the classes offer children the chance to develop important physical skills in a safe, fun and friendly environment
The 9.30am session is for those aged 9 months to 2 years and the 10.30am session for those aged 2 – 3 years. For more information contact Maggie Curtis on 01258 841 063 and 07855 561303, or just come along to the Verwood Memorial Hall on Wednesday morning in term time for a free taster session.
Tabletop Sales in aid of Verwood Memorial Hall funds are held on Saturdays 9.30am – 12 noon. These events are held at the same time as the Farmers Market in Verwood and future dates for 2008 are :-

AFTERNOON CLASSICAL CONCERTS :
2.30pm Friday, 22nd February
Malcolm Evans, his family and Stuart Darling continue with their afternoon concerts of classical music. Music by Brahms, Mozart and Bach is included in the programme and tea and cake are served in the interval and included in the price.
