394/06 Appeals.
The following were noted:
a) 06/1221 Appeal by Mr.J.Lewis, against the decision of East Dorset District Council to refuse change of use from residential to mixed use of residential and commercial at Rischale, Manor Road, Verwood. The Informal Hearing will be held at the offices of East Dorset District Council, Furzehill at 10.00am on 24th July 2007.
b) 06/1483 Appeal by D.J.B.Frostic Builders, against the decision of East Dorset District Council to refuse permission to erect a bungalow and garage on land adjacent to 123 Lake Road, Verwood. The Planning Inspectorate have full jurisdiction over the appeal.
395/06 Trees.
Consents and refusals were given for work on various trees in the Civil Parish, which were copied to all members. These can be viewed at the Town Council offices by appointment.

396/06 Correspondence.
a) A reply to the Town Council’s letter regarding Section 106 agreements had been received from the Chief
Executive, East Dorset District Council. ( Mins. 332/06 (c), 318/06 (c), 255/06, 189/06 & 184/06 (a) refers). After some discussion the letter was noted and the Clerk instructed to write a letter of thanks to Mr.Breakwell and state how pleased the committee were that the footpath at Three Legged Cross had been brought forward.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.40p.m.
