Members of Verwood Town Council are summoned to attend an Ordinary Meeting of the VERWOOD TOWN COUNCIL, which will be held on Tuesday 24th April 2007, at the Town Council Offices, 28 Vicarage Road, Verwood, at 7.30p.m.

Apologies for absence should be given to the Town Clerk/Chairman prior to the Meeting.

5.       To consider the amount of contribution to the provision of CCTV at Potterne Park. (Minutes 403/06 & 365/06 refer)

6.       To approve the Annual Subscription payment to the Dorset Association of Parish & Town Councils.

7.       To receive a report form the Mayor regarding the agreed revisions to the Clerks Contract as set out by NALC. (Information attached)

Public Contribution: A period of 15 minutes has been set aside at the end of the meeting for the Mayor to receive questions from any electors of the civil parish. An elector will have two minutes to pose their question.

The next Town Council Meeting will be held on Monday 14th May 2007 where the Mayor Making will take place.  The meeting will then be adjourned and the rest of the business will take place on Tuesday 15^th May 2007, at the Town Council Offices, 28 Vicarage Road, Verwood.
