Members of Verwood Town Council are summoned to attend an Ordinary Meeting of the VERWOOD TOWN COUNCIL, which will be held on Tuesday 16th January 2007, at the Town Council Offices, 28 Vicarage Road, Verwood, at 7.30p.m.

Apologies for absence should be given to the Town Clerk/Chairman prior to the Meeting.

Public Contribution: A period of 15 minutes has been set aside at the end of the meeting for the Mayor to receive questions from any electors of the civil parish. An elector will have two minutes to pose their question.

The next Full Town Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 27th February 2007, at the Town Council Offices, 28 Vicarage Road, Verwood.
